「The location is awesome right off south street seaport beautiful views just a few short blocks away. Trains were about a 10 min walk, parking at night at 10pm free usually lots of spots, also a separate parking garage across street was great if needed. Laundry mat access was very useful and easy access, we stayed as a family of 6 in a 4 bedroom gourmet was awesome. Definitely recommend for large families and or couples. 」

「The place looks better in the pictures. Some of the furniture was worn, and the cleaning wasn’t up to the highest standard either. All of the towels showed signs of use and had some stains. The heating wasn’t working when we arrived. We reported the issue, and after three hours with no response, I contacted them again—they only offered an extra blanket?! 「Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. 」

「Overall an amazing experience! The location was 8 minutes from my job and very quiet. Only noise you will hear is from the highway (not a bug deal). I would love for the property to have onsite persons to speak with. The property is beautiful, but the 1:1 would make this an even better experience. 「Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful.」

「Very clean, quiet room. Perfect for 4 nights while we were in town for the United Airlines half marathon. Easy access to trains and quick trip into Manhattan. Coffee machine and water on ground floor. Using the mobile app to access the room is very quick and convenient. 」

「Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

「What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!」

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
