"This Red Roof Inn suited our pet friendly needs. Rooms were recently remodeled with pets and guest in mind. It seems to be remodeling in stages and is still working on the technical side of some things but this didn’t interrupt our good nights sleep. "My stay at Double Tree Hotel Tucson Airport was excellent! The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!"

"Asked before making reservation if hottub was working. They said yes. When I went to use it the 13th, not only was the water way below what the tempature was supposed to be. Lukewarm and there was a good 4-5 inches of foam in the whole tub. Was very disappointed because they said it was as it should be. Was very tempted to go back down and take pictures and send to the health department or to whomever. This is the second time I've stayed there and things have not been as they should. "
