「The property is an older resort that has done many updates. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom suite that had some new upgrades. Our biggest surprise was that there was no A/C in our room. There were fans provided for air flow, but the unit definitely needs to have A/C. 」

「This Sheraton is in a nice central location in the island. It is very close to the Coconut Market and many dining options in Kapa'a. The staff are kind and informative. The beach access is perfect and the pool area very clean. The rooms are in need of a remodel and a deep clean. The hallways and elevator are really dirty. 「As the hotel was overbooked for 2 bed rooms- I was offered an upgrade to ocean view with king bed and pullout sofa. So glad I did. Gorgeous view. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. 」

「We just needed a place for one night. It’s a little yucky in that the carpet needs help and our window was not clear needed cleaning and window wouldn’t open. No balcony etc. Room was clean. Had to pay a resort fee and a parking fee. There was coffee in the morning at the front desk which was good but cups were tiny. If I went again I’d take my own coffee mug. People were super nice who worked there. Great employees」

「We love this hotel. Feeding the koi at breakfast was something my kids talk about all the time. The pool was perfect, beach safe for little ones with a sort of rock jetty creating little pools for them. Horses in front of the property, easy access to drive to other areas of the island.
