"I recently stayed three nights at Parkview Scottsdale Resort. It is an older building, but the lobby and rooms seem to have been updated. The room was clean and spacious, with a large TV, a small fridge, a desk, and plenty of lighting. Pros: Friendly staff, great location (close to the 101, dining, bars, grocery stores, and entertainment), across the street from a large park with a lake. "I and my companion both enjoyed are short stay the property is well maintained all amenities were good close to excellent restaurants . Staff was both polite and helpful. Rooms are very nice recommend presidential suite. Only thing that would be nice microwave in the room and bottled water but overall a high 4 star hotel."

"This was by far the easiest and most stress free check in ever! I love this concept of Apartment/hotel. The room was fine and I loved having the kitchen and full size fridge with a freezer (ice cream!). Everything worked and was clean enough. Downside: it could have been cleaner and the bathroom/shower/tub was very old and worn but it got us clean. We will return for a stay again. Definitely a great value.
