Cottages in Quebec

"It's a lovely historic building but I was on a floor with lots of running children. I think perhaps as I was with my 17 y/o daughter I was put on a "family" floor, just guessing. I saw other people with robes, no robes in our room. The location was wonderful. I think if I would have communicated better, the staff would have solved the issues so I suppose I should also give myself 4/5 stars, but here's the feedback fyi. Perhaps to accommodate the hesitant guests, like me, who wait to complain...

"Huge room, but I paid extra. They kept the room clean for our 5 night stay. Clean towels daily and bed was made everyday. Continental breakfast daily, but basic. Nespresso machine in room was a perk, fridge, but microwave. Comfortable bed with a couch and chairs made the room feel warm and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall a good stay and conveniently located if you don't mind walking. "

"Hotel Place D’Armes was by far the best hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff were so kind, the room was clean and cozy, and the location of the hotel was ideal as both old Montreal and downtown Montreal were walkable, with the metro 2 minutes away as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal and I will definitely be back! "
