"The 6-bed Women’s dorm was very clean and spacious, with curtains around the bed giving some private space. There was a clothes rack to set things upon, and underbed cabinets where you can store a medium sized backpack or shoes (without lock). There are lockers in the room, and renting one costs 2 euros. "It was an amazing location to go around and very close to the station, The area has good places to eat and drink. One of the best bakeries is next to the Hotel. The service in the hotel was as expected and the room was clean and good! We enjoyed our stay"

"Don’t go there. Do not even think about it. It is infested with bedbugs. All the 4th floor. I was in room 403 and woke up at 1Am with 20 bites. The bugs were big, means they’ve been there a long time. I spoke with the reception and he didn’t care. Dont be fooled by the pictures, it is not as advertised. Highly NOT recommended "

"Very pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly the room for three people was small but functional and clean. The location is good, one metro station is a couple blocks away and the other, which connects with Gare du Nord to go to the airport is about a 7 minutes walk. The only con is that the washroom could have some accessories, like a proper paper toilet holder and somewhere to put the soap in the shower. "

"The location of hotel is located very near Oberkampf metro station which is really truly convenient. It is a hidden gem area with loads of dining options especially famous boulangerie Utopie nearby. Personally the location is very centralized which enables you to move around in central Paris with a breeze. The room we stayed in is cozy and comfortable with a comfortable size for 2. Housekeeping was done for us daily. The hotel staffs are very friendly and speaks English perfectly well....

"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"Stayed here with my fiancé in a superior double room for a week. Honestly, it was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of storage, and the bathroom was spacious. I was especially fond of the balcony-esque window. The neighborhood is excellent, too, there are countless bars, brasseries, boulangeries, boutiques, etc in the area, and it’s not super touristy. "

"I love everything about Citizen M. First of all location, easy walk from the airport. And then it’s all just so perfect, from easy self check-in to the coolest modern, clean and technical advance rooms. Every little space in the room is used and makes it so functional. The bed was super comfortable and felt amazing to sleep in and be rested for my long flight the next day. And let’s not forget their bar/restaurant which offers very tasty dining and cocktail options. "

Another good stay at a reliable hotel

"Another great stay… clean, very comfortable bed, easy access to RER. My only complaint that I have every time, is the water fluctuates a lot in the shower from cold to burn you hot. I’m aware of this happening and am just careful. Also wish they would update their archaic hair dryers! They are like using a weak vaccum cleaner hose! But again, I make it work and the positives far outweigh the negatives. "
