"The location of this hotel is ideal for many activities in town . They've kept the hotel but the age definitely shows .we stayed in a king suite great space if you have a little one . There was a few cockroaches wich is expected witha kitchenette. The only down side was the elevator situation ,as they had 2 of the 4 elevators down and weekends are very busy at this location wich made for a 15-20 wait especially if you are on the top floors we were on the 20th. "Would definitely stay again! The staff was accommodating, check in process was seamless, and the room was great. There were a couple of small things that I did not like, but the good outweighed the bad tenfold. Next time I’m in Houston, I’m staying here!"

"Azur and Nay were amazing. They were very helpful. Azur went the extra mile To make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. He had an amazing presence and energy. May remembered me from questions I asked her on the phone when I checked in. That says alot about the attention to detail. Great stay. Room was very clean. Only issue we had was the hallway by the ice machine smelled like urine. Other than that I give the stay 5 stars! "
