「It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. 」

「Du 15 au 17 aout 2024. Famille de 5 avec trois enfants. Super sejour à 1,5 kms des plages de Passikudah et Kalkudah. Superbe demeure tranquille et ramassée sur elle même autour d'un patio ombragé et vert. Super petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. À ne pas manquer! Chambres spacieuses, propres et impeccables. Seul bémol pas beacoup de variété de plats au diner mais tout est excellent!」

「The food was average. Last day of our stay we went for breakfast and when we came back to our room there was a small snake slithering under our bed which freaked us out. Not sure whether the snake was there overnight! Luckily we were checking out otherwise we would have left right away! 」

「Det beste hotellet vi har bodd i. Meget vennlige ansatte som er informative og service innstilte. Vil definitivt være vårt første valg når vi besøker Pasikuda.」

「Sunaqua is located at the wrong end of Pasikudah beach. The beach in front of the hotel is too shallow and rocky for swimming. you can walk to the public beach to swimming however the public beach is busy during weekend. Other than that, the hotel itself is pretty good. It even provides ladies sanitary items which comes very handy and this shows hotel's attention to detail. 」

「We had a wonderful holiday at Karpaha Sands, lacking nothing. Absolute peace, plenty of privacy, great food, and beautiful accommodations. Our thanks go first and foremost to the stuff. 「Our whole experience was welcoming from our check in to check out. The service from the front desk, to the laundry and dining in was perfect. 」

「Maison d’hôte sur la plage Il y aurait tout pour en faire un endroit merveilleux mais pour cela il faudrait accentuer les efforts sur le Menage, le matériel qui est cassé. Tout est laissé à l’abandon (matelas déchiré et tache sur les transats). Les baies vitrées n’ont pas du voir un chiffon depuis des années. La plage devant la maison est plein de détritus. La cuisine n’est pas formidable non plus 」

「This was our second visit to Amaya and was happy to be able stay here again. The ambience and staffs were very pleasant. The beautiful Pasikuda makes Amaya a great place to stay in. The only thing was the hotel is based in the Tamil speaking region so it would’ve been great to be greeted and approached in Tamil as well. Kindly use both the national languages or use English entirely. 」

「Große Zimmer, toller Palmengarten mit viel Schatten und Liegen, großer sauberer Pool, gutes Frühstück und HP zu empfehlen. Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht. Trotz täglichen Reinigung nicht sehr sauber, Safe nicht verfügbar. Surfen aufgrund vorgelagertem Riff nicht möglich. Krähen und Hunde am Strand. 」

「Place was good and all things acceptable. Stay was plasant with very oblidging staff. However, the location is terrible. Very difficult to find and is road, if you can call it a road, is horrible. Full of flooded potholes in complete darkness at night.」
