"Booked an overnight staycation with some visiting friends and had a wonderful time. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and our room was perfect. The room needs a refresh as some of the surfaces had seen better days and I don't know that it would pass a white glove inspection.. BUT the customer service more than made up for it. Also make the most of the Destination fee! We used it for room service and the Seattle Great Wheel tickets are valid for a year! "
