El hotel está limpio y los cuartos también. Los de la recepción soy muy amables y los de limpieza también. Están al pendiente de lo que uno necesita. La verdad me gustó. Los muchachos que atienden en la playa todos son muy amables y están al pendiente de lo que necesitas. En especial el mesero Ipolito muy buen servicio ! Es la primera vez que hago reservaciones en blue chairs y me encanto

El personal de limpieza que se compone de mujeres, en su totalidad muy amables y con una sonrisa; respecto al demás personal es lamentable que tengas que ser extranjero para que te atiendan y que sea el trato cordial y amable. Tuve que investigar por mis propios medios que tienen un restaurante en frente. Eres un objeto no visible ante el restaurante de enfrente y el que se encuentra en su piso ocho y hotel. Más lamentable de todo esto es que sucede en muchos lugares de esa área. Espero tengan mejores experiencias los nuevos visitantes... tal vez fui una excepción.

Loved the staff, especially restaurant manager. Hotel definitely needs major updating. All furniture with drawers or doors in need of repair or better yet replacement. We stayed 10 nights and could not properly unpack. Drawers in dressers would fall out or down. Same with end table. Not enough hangers. even after requesteing more. Bathroom was beautiful but vanity base also didn't close properly. No phones in room, which was unusual, but not really a problem, but definitely different. Would have liked coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in room. We were told not possible, even though we offered to pay more or upgrade type of room. Location is great, staff is great, but owners need to reinvest in hotels to get up to acceptable standards. If updates get made would definitely stay again. Loved PV and will definitely be back but probably not here unless I hear updates have been made. We are coming back in July and right now thinking of staying at condo property. Might go to Blue Chairs to have breakfast and play backgammon, but unlikely to stay here. It would probably take an investment of 500 dollars a room to make this an excellent hotel while right now it is merely fair. Please update your hotel to make it great instead of passable.

Unfortunately, the property seems outdated and run down. There was water at one point dripping from the ceiling light fixture outside my room door to the hallway. Staff is great but thebproperty needs a major overhaul to compete with similar properties.

This property is at the level of an old motel. I regretted booking the moment I walked in the room. I took the loss and booked another hotel nearby that was far better quality. I had to do a deep cleansing shower because the sheets at blue chairs gave me a rash and I was afraid they had bed bugs. It was not a good stay. I will never go there again. It’s a frat motel at best.

The property is very old. The rooms are at the level of a motel 6. I stayed one night and took the loss on the other days. I’m not sure what they used to wash their sheets, but I broke out. I did a deep cleansing shower after just in case… but yeah… this was a frat house motel.

Bonjour, Je tiens à partager mon expérience décevante concernant cet hôtel. Les publicités sur Expedia, Facebook, et d'autres plateformes laissaient entendre qu'il s'agissait d'un haut lieu de la vie LGBTQ à Puerto Vallarta, mais j'ai été surpris de constater que ce n'était pas du tout le cas. À part le bar sur le toit, qui est peu fréquenté, et quelques affiches vieillissantes, il n'y a rien d'autre à offrir. À mon arrivée, j'ai dû demander que la salle de bain soit nettoyée, car elle était dans un état de saleté inacceptable, sans serviettes ni mouchoirs. La chambre était désuète, et les photos affichées semblent avoir été prises il y a 30 ans. Les draps étaient tachés, les serviettes sales, et les sanitaires étaient usés. La seule chose en bon état était le carrelage au sol. De plus, la douche fonctionnait mal et l'eau chaude était rare. J'ai également remarqué des fissures dans la porte, laissant passer la lumière de l'extérieur, et la double serrure ne fonctionnait pas. J'avais lu des commentaires similaires sur cet hôtel, mais je pensais que certaines critiques étaient exagérées. Malheureusement, je me suis trompé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. L'accès se fait par une rue étroite, peu sécurisée le soir, où l'on est constamment sollicité pour des massages et des drogues. Cela donne une image triste et irrespectueuse pour les touristes. Trop c’est trop. Le monsieur du ménage était gentil . À oublié. Horreur ! À démolir

It is not a hotel to relax, it is super dirty, the lady that cleans must be fired, she just do the beds and change the bags of trash. Staff is nice but is an old hotel surrounded of constructions. There is no parking. The sheets of the bed were dirty with stains

The room we got didn’t look clean and prepped for us. The property itself seemed exclusively catering to gay men, judging from the rather graphic posters advertising their nocturnal offerings and events. The street scene has the same vibes. Definitely not for everyone
