"Good property with a nice location overlooking the sea. The room is spacious with a kitchen and jacuzzi. The kitchen has limited cooking appliances and the shower button is broken. "The staff is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. The second room we got was nice and big and the bathroom had hot water. However, the first bedroom had no hot water and the second bedroom had outside dogs barking all night long. People who have pets in the neighborhood should be considerate and keep their pet dogs indoors so neighbors are able to sleep during the night."

"Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...

"The owner was very nice. He allowed us to check in early at 8am and gave us some snacks/cereal bar which was very helpful for us to go hiking. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the volcano. Shower was hot enough with good water pressure. Location is superb. Would definitely recommend."
