"We got the balcony that we asked for. It was pretty hot, so didn’t get to use it as much as I would’ve liked. An umbrella or shade on the balcony would’ve been great. The rooms with a balcony were smaller. The bathroom just had the small sink, so nowhere to put toiletries. The window had a blackout screen. Nice, but, some sheer curtains would’ve been nice in addition to the blackout screen. You asked my opinion :) The location was great. Staff was very accommodating. "

"Reservamos una cabaña y nos dieron un departamento a 150 metros de la entrada. No era lo que acordamos y le echaron la culpa a la empresa con la cual reservamos. También nos dijeron que el precio que pagamos era muy inferior al real, sin embargo al consultar por una reserva con ellos nos daba el mismo monto. El servicio de mucamas hace la limpieza entre las 14:30 y 17:00 hs, no hay siesta que resista ese horario. "

Although the staff did not speak much English, both Isabel and Sergio did a very good job communicating and providing services. Although my room was not that clean -there were lots of hairs in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor upon my arrival - I would still highly recommend this hotel for it's staff and location."

"This hotel is located well to the core of Puerto Madryn and its beach. I found on two nights there loud music continuing well after 10pm with both being hotel hosted events. Staff at times was hard to find at reception. Breakfasts were average for Argentina and Wi-Fi did work. Overall it is an older hotel surrounded by a less than appealing surrounding block. It was a good budget hotel and I’d give it 3 stars but no more. "

"Appartement très correct mais sans aucune insonorisation. La nuit aboiements de chiens et travaux dans l'appartement du dessus jusqu'à minuit. Soyez motorisés sinon 3,2km du centre. Prix affiché en dollars. Si vous n'en disposez pas ils appliquent un taux de change totalement fantaisiste qui au final vous fait payer plus cher (pour ma part 30 euro de plus pour 4 nuits. Sinon propriétaires charmants et pour cause !..."
