"Beautiful historic hotel wonderful place to stay"

"This was our first time staying at an Omni and we had a wonderful experience for NYE. I’m currently on crutches and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They offered a wheel chair and a room close to the elevator. The property was clean and easily accessible."

"We stayed the Hilton Historic Powhatan for a five day family vacation. The property was easy to find and check in went smoothly. Our room was upgraded. The property is huge with multiple water features, walking/running paths, playground, mini golf, and other outdoor activities. Our unit was a second floor two bedroom with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was clean and functional and had all the essential cooking items you would need. The on premise coffee house was very convenient to grab a cup in the morning after a run/walk. The resort is located near lots of shopping and easily accessible to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. A few areas to improve upon- the units are a bit dated and the furniture in the living room area is not the most comfortable. The bath towels were nice, but would be nice if they provided more towels per unit. Overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again and recommend the property to family and friends. "

"From the moment i spoke to the wonderful lady at the front desk at check in i knew i was in for a wonderful stay! Room service breakfast was superb and the valet parking was on point. Our room was beautiful. We will definately stay here again when we visit Richmond again!"

"Loved the townhouse option to accommodate 7 people on three floors. Note that the three bedrooms share only 2 bathrooms and one of the floors had no bathroom. Therefore, that floor was not suitable for a senior couple who ended up staying in the open-space, sleeping on the opened couch on a floor which had a bathroom, shared with the bedroom on that floor."
