「Ein toller Aufenthalt, insbesondere seien hier die freundlichen und motivierten MitarbeiterInnen zu nennen, wirklich alle. 「Mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Bastei und Rauensteine wohnt man hier in absoluter Ruhe auf einem lichten Hochplateau über Rathen. Alles sieht neu aus und ist sehr gut gepflegt. 「We loved everything about this property! Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen had practically everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful. We were able to walk to a train station and a ferry to cross the river into Schmilka, which was absolutely adorable by the way! Some of the best hiking we have ever done was in the mountains behind the town! We would definitely stay here again! Ansgar, the caretaker, was attentive and lovely! Thank you for everything!」

Excellent Location, needs more communication

"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night. Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."
