「This has become my family’s go to stop when traveling south from Buffalo. They offer large rooms for more than 4 people. Nice pool, great breakfast. The staff is always friendly. Late checkout time, if you aren’t in a rush to your next destination. 」

「Anthony at the front desk was second to none!!! He addressed our current stay and also handled another booking that was made by mistake. He was very helpful and professional. More staffing such as Anthony is needed. He is a great representation for your hotel!!」

「It’s in a high-traffic area, which noise is to be expected. Of no control from the Holiday Inn Express staff, the neighboring dogs in their fenced in backyard, barked a couple hours in the late evening. Fortunately, the owners finally took them inside. Rooms are good but a little worn, and the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a plane taking off. There is no vanity light at the bathroom mirror. Otherwise, clean & comfortable. 」
