What made it different was when we pulled up, there was no office in operation, the parking lot was dark and many of the lights were out. I felt unsafe at first. Once we called the number the owner had listed, he gave us a code to dial into the keypad and we got in with no problem. "Absolutely adorable property. Stayed one night in the winter so it was a little cold (bathroom floor was FREEZING but fine with the bath mat), but could see the potential for a great summer vacation. Staff was beyond nice. Because it was winter they had a Dyson space heater in and working, definitely needed!!! The room was small but clean and beds extremely comfortable. Would have loved to spend more than just an overnight, passing through. "
