"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. "This hotel is really good for families (large rooms, comfy beds) also if you want to gather as a group. The hotel offers a “freetime-area” with tv room (incl. Netflix), board games, Outside area with basketball and toys for kids. What we loved most was the love for details (even toys for kids in breakfast room, sugar options such as xylit, decoration etc.). Hotel is in a calm area and offers space to relax (roof terrace, outdoor area, fitness room). We highly recommend staying there!!"

"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...
