「Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too). 「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself 」

「Perfect! Quirky, older, comfortable style. I had a room on the front - spacious, good bed linen, sparkling water and shortbread etc. Good shower (over bath). No noise from road overnight. Very cosy bar area where I ate and superb food. Can see why this would be a great place to dine in summer. I didn’t make breakfast as chose to have a lie in before heading to the office but I’ve seen it’s good 」
