Lovely clean, spacious comfortable room and large shower room (premium), quiet, nice soaps, sheets, towels etc. Very good value (booked room only) In a quiet cul de sac, 5 min walk from main train station so v convenient for airport (15 mins) , Monte Carlo (25mins) etc. 15-20 mins walk to Prom via main streets with shops, and then into old quarter....

But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "
