"This B&B is in great condition, immaculately, clean, and spacious. The location is phenomenal four minutes walking to the port, a block and a half from the main street. The room is very well equipped with utensils and cups. Santos, our host went above and beyond to retrieve me from the train station as it was late Sunday evening with limited transportation. 10/10👍"

"This is a B&B not a hotel. So self check in. Info on access to the room should have been sent earlier. I had to ask for it by phone while waiting at the front door. Info was sent in WhatsApp. You really just need the door code (same for all doors), so ask for it"

"What a great space! It is meters from the port, which made location perfect for my trip. Owner very helpful and friendly, responded very quickly to any concerns. Room was great space with a quiet balcony. I used a parking garage service for my car (mylae parking, includes shuttle to/from car). Will definitely stay here again!"

"We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. "We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. "I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
