"They overbooked so they moved us to a lovely room in the main hotel - was really happy with the 'mistake' - they also left a nice bottle of wine 'comp which was a nice surprise. I want to compliment Isabel, behind the lobby desk. She was very helpful, and welcoming. All around a really nice stay."

"The customer service was amazing. The front desk clerks and manager helped me with my mom. She's wheelchair bound they helped me with getting a table to eat on. They were so accommodating and just truly amazing. "
