"Central location, with beach nearby and easy access to cafes/bars/restaurants. Swimming pool small & not many sunbeds around it, always reserved by towels first thing in morning. Apartments basic but have all you need, bring own hair dryer or you can hire from reception. Safe available to hire €2.50 a day. Cleanliness is to a high standard! Staff are very friendly and work hard. If poor mobility request ground floor, as lots of steps up to first floor apartments."

"Two words describe Apartamentos Villa Canaima "Absolutely Fabulous". The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The barman in the poolside bar was great and the food and drink was very reasonably priced. "The photos for this property do not do it justify. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with sea view and balcony. The whole apartment was immaculate. The views are amazing, you can see the sunrise from your bed. The communication was great and the staff were alwaya there to assist and checking everything was ok. We hired a car and took the option of using the parking available for an additional fee. We will be back "

"Just 33 apartments all looking over the heated pool....ours was a ground floor apt just a stones throw away from the pool and sunbathing area. Basic large apartment with all self catering equipment you should need. TV with limited channels in English, which was a bit disappointing if you wanted to stay in due to inclement weather. Staff very nice and cleaners around regularly. On the whole very nice and would go again."
