「Staff and housekeeping were wonderful. Such friendly and helpful staff. Being in the jungle was such a treat. Swimming in the on-site cenote was a highlight. Food is… fine. Highly recommend going to the Mexican food buffet. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Beach is okay — it’s smaller and rocky, so bring water shoes. It’s ideal for little ones with a protected area that small children can swim in safely. 」

「God,venlig og gnidningsfri ind- og udtjek af hotellet. Værelserne pæne - store og med godt aircon anlæg. Dejligt med udsigt til have med ro. Stranden var skuffende - slet ikke så flot som på fotos og fyldt med sten, som man let kunne falde over. Dog pænt mange liggestole og parasoller. Rigtig god mad- specielt på den store buffet-restaurant og Blue Moon. Den mexicanske restaurant skuffede dog, da vi ventede alt for lang tid på både drikkevarer og mad. Maden var kedelig og uappetitlig...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
