"Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar. Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll. "

"Location was very central to everything near by, and area was very safe. The pool condition wasn’t great as tiles were falling off and on floor of pool. Staff were lovely & great cocktails :)"

Were told we could pay for a late check out the night before leaving, but in the morning it was no longer possible which was disappointing, especially as the hotel was so quiet. "The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk needs training including the manager who would not let us stay 20 minutes past check out rushing us out. The sink was clogged and nothing was done about it. The ac thermostat did not work properly. Mildew in the bathroom. "
