"El alojamiento está muy bien y el personal te da muchas facilidades. Es verdad que nosotros cogimos un apartamento de dos y lo ampliamos a 4 con el sofá cama, y no es lo más cómodo, pero para unos días puede servir. El único pero que le pongo es que el baño huele mal, pero por lo que nos han dicho (en el hotel y en el pueblo) es algo que pasa cuando llueve. Lo demás, ¡genial!"

"This is a beautiful property in a 15th century mansion in a lovely little town. It was great to have private secure parking and the staff was so helpful. The bar was a great little spot and breakfast was delicious. There is no restaurant however and only selected options at the bar. "The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. "Excellent place to stay. Very clean and very friendly staff. Excellent location to visit the “must see” medieval town of Santillana Del Mar in Cantabria. This northern part of Spain is very beautiful and this hotel is also very convenient to sight see towns around. The Altamira Caves and its replicas, another must see, are 2 - 3 minutes away. "Room was very small - loft room so you could not stand up straight from toilet or at head of bed. We did not realise the size of the room but the it was very clean. There are bigger rooms available which were sold out when we booked but we did not realise just how small the room would be. No air conditioning but we requested a fan. Just a single window in the ceiling. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Lovely restaurant attached to hotel and right on beach which was really great."
