"Room was very clean. Would have liked elevated toilet. First encounter with front desk was so-so. Later staff much more engaging and helpful. Breakfast was very good but no milk or orange juice. Not happy to be told the night before checkout that there was a $10 per person daily amenities fee for things like breakfast, shuttle (not used) afternoon tea and 24 hour coffee bar as well as another additional $50 fee for things that might have been charged to your room (didn't do this).
