"The management must love CNN, because it's on both TVs in the breakfast rooms and is the default channel on your hotel room TV. This is a good hotel for the money. I did not get good cooperation from the manager with a refund of the 3rd night. He said that I should have booked directly with him and did not understand the advantages of using Hotels.com.
