"Our family of 6 stayed two nights in a 2 bedroom suite . This property is absolutely beautiful! Their clubhouse has games for the family and quiet places to relax and read if wanted . The suite was gorgeous and clean! Kitchen had everything we needed and was beautiful and modern ! Right next to Big Bear Village so we walked to shops and restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and friendly ! We will definitely return !!! "

"I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Two different pools & two hot tub spas along with several loungers & cabanas. Well maintained pool area with good water temperatures. Friendly staff & plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed in renovated room. "

"Heavy snow fall and no one to clear the entrance. That’s the only disadvantage about not having staff there. Small car almost got stuck in the snow. Staff was very responsive over text though. "
