「The b&b is very convenient to the shops. The staff is helpful and responsive. The one dislike that comes to mind is the bed’s padded sheet which is heavy. A lighter normal sheet would be enough with air cond on.」

「Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job. Our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one, just like before. Maraming salamat to all the hardworking staff there. We look forward to staying there again.」

「The place is big for my whole family. The staff are nice and they love the room service.」

「Situates at beach side, clean room, attentive staff who will book whale shark activity and firefly boat trip for you. Restaurant menu is not wide range. A good seafood restaurant BARacuda is within a few minutes' walk. However, room price are relatively higher than nearby resorts. 」

「We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」

「Do not stay here!!! Cockroaches and bed stains!! The bathroom stinks and the AC is leaking into the bed. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night」
