"We liked the cosy feel and atmosphere of this small hotel ( only 16 rooms) The staff were friendly, very helpful & attentive. The breakfasts were very good & we loved the view from our room. The check in was a bit muddled . This was because the check in desk is the same as the check in for people who have booked meals & it was very busy as it was Mothers day! It wasn't a problem & was quickly sorted. "

The advantage of Lytham is the proximity to shops and restaurants, however our recent stay was spoilt by the level of noise/music coming from Henry Street which was below our room 107. "Although small, the apartment has everything you could need (room 303). Would prefer a larger bed and would usually book a room with a super king, but as this was a last minute booking, we had no option as this was the only room available. The pool area was nice, with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The only negative was that the room was too warm and due to being on the ground floor felt unable to leave windows open due to security. "
