"Alicia at the front desk is the only thing that made me give this four stars however she is definitely five stars and by far the nicest and most hospitable of all staff. She went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get my room cleaned for over the month I stayed she even changed my sheets herself and went out and personally bought me a swiffer to help me. "I stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs every year when I visit my daughter and grandchildren. They love the pool / hot tub and the breakfast is second to none. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. "

"To be fair it, seems as they are making a good effort to keep up with a aging hotel. Many items are new and modern and other are cracked and peeling paint. I am always hesitant with pool water when I can't see the bottom? Having said that, it was clean, pricing was more than reasonable and every staff member was more than friendly and helpful."
