"Checkin is 3pm. We got there at 2.30pm and tried to checkin. There is no reception area. We found a staff member at the event center and she told us to go to "The Pantry". It's a small store on the premises. This was closed and there was no one about. When we phoned we were told that a text message would be sent to us with the access code at 3pm. This was annoying as the cabins were certainly ready. Aside from this the place was lovely!"
