"This hotel doesn’t exist anymore. No one emailed or texted me to tell me. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. "Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."

"Beautiful boutique hotel with a mix of rooms and suites. We were upgraded to a suite which had the bedroom and main bathroom on a mezzanine floor, plus a kitchen and second bathroom which was very convenient and meant we could spread out and relax. The hotel also offered breakfast in their restaurant which was super convenient and tasty, plus we’re able to cater for me as a coeliac. Only slight criticism was the bed was a little hard for our liking, but that is personal preference and they supplied extra pillows to make it more comfortable."
