「Hotel was great. Remind me of and old school building on the outside, instead of your typical hotel. But very clean and pretty. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Area was clean and safe. It is right by the interstate but couldn’t hear the traffic. Would stay again. 」

「Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some help with our thermostat, and he immediately came to fix it. On checkout, a different gentleman helped me. Both were very conscientious. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice shower for a mid level hotel. Good breakfast. We visit sulphur springs several times per year and chose a different hotel this time due to price and short trip. We were very pleased. This isn't a lixury hotel, but it is very good as a mid or economy...

「 The facility was overall nice, comfortable, and as expected. The only issue I had with my stay was the electrical outlets and USB ports did not work, which was a slight hindrance, considering I had a teen and preteen with me. As well as the water pressure in the toilet was low, it barely flushed. Even though there was a few problematic issues, I would still recommend Holiday Inn for hotel accommodations to travelers. <3 <3 」

「Newer property, suite room was very large with a separate kitchen area. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and breakfast area is much better than average.」
