「My family enjoyed the accommodations. Front desk staffs were professional & friendly. Bedding was very comfortable. The villa is spacious with Kitchenette, dining room table. Good layout. Free breakfast is a plus. We had a car so we just went to the town for dinner. Che desserts at Mr Beans is a must try.」

「The ocean and garden views of the property are amazing, it is a walking distance to the tourist area Ghenh Rang, and to hike to Xuan Van Mountain. However, the property is very old with empty guests, and feel a little dirty as I can see the dirt in the air. 」

「Great building, spacious suite and very friendly and cooperative staff. An excellent choice for a place to stay in Quy Nhon. Close to the promenade and beach and close to most amenities.」

「This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.」

「Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. 」

「The pool, gym and restaurant have been closed since September 2024 but was never mentioned in the reservation. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this. Even now it’s still advertised showing that these amenities are available at the hotel and it’s not. 」

「The location of the complex is very centralized been a short walk to the beach and in close proximity of various restaurants both the sea foods ones and more traditional Vietnamese cosine. Staff were helpful and the actual unit was very big being a 2 bedroom. The beach was a very short distance from the hotel and very clean with a lot of the usual street vendors with all types of foods and drinks. 」
