"Overall a really great place. Informative and accessible staff, very clean and well decorated interiors. They even left us a great handwritten note and fresh flowers in our room. I really appreciated that. My only issue was the bedding, which while perfectly clean, was on the older end, with some small holes in the sheets from age and use. The pillows were also lumpy and felt heavily slept on. I recognize this is a natural result of running a hotel, but I would've enjoyed a little fresher bed...

"We had a 4th floor room with a balcony with rocking chairs. There was a hot tub in the room with jets that was a hit with my wife. The room had a fireplace, but with temperatures in the low 80's it was not put to good use. The food was good (on weekends there is a prime rib special). The staff was friendly although they were short staffed. "

"Compass MV is like a mini resort located in Medford. I like it bc I come down once a mo to visit my grandson and it feels like I’m not in Medford. It’s the only hotel w a nice pool and outdoor area, they have a decent food menu, breakfast and bar if you drink and the atmosphere is upbeat. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and new and beds comfortable. There is a mini fridge in room and filtered water/ice on each floor.
