不喜歡:員工素質和客房舒適度
No more next time
It wa not a nice experience ever,I had been told that I can’t check in when I reached the hotel...it seems the hotel didn’t get the reserved information from Hotels.com ...but the manager gave a excuse that the room has been damaged by the typhoon yesterday.....there was just a rain yesterday okay?....although he was kindly arranged my room in the other hotel...but it was totally a different standard f me...felt so badly that I was wordless that moment coz I was so tired...
Even I sent Hotels.com a msg...but I didn’t get any reply until now...disappointed with that too
