My husband and I were very happy with Alicia's Inn - it was exactly what we needed, affordable, very clean, close to the beach, restaurants, and cruise pier (10-15 minute walk to the cruise pier). In addition, Morlene and Barbara were so very friendly and fantastic. And prior to my stay, they were prompt with answering any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again, and would highly recommend! Thank you Moreen (spellig?) and Barbara!!

We are somewhat handicapped and stairs, no elevator present a challenge. Otherwise! Sherry helped with the luggage, called for taxi, and recommended a great place to eat, the Green House.

For the price, Alicia's Inn is sure great value. The front desk was very welcoming and very helpful. Located in the heart of Philipsburg and less than 5 minutes of walk from the beach, from the shopping area and great restaurants! Strongly recommend this hidden gem!

Alicia’s Inn is a charming family-run hotel with just 8 rooms, which allows for personal attention to each guest. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. When our Wi-Fi didn’t work after the first night, the manager, Jeannina, called her IT guy, who came right away and fixed the problem. This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and safe. Convenient to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service.
Our plane was late coming in to SXM. We followed 2 other planes in so they were going through immigration in front of us. We were not able to get to Alicia’s before they closed at 5. Our driver contacted them, explained the situation, and they stayed until we arrived. Talk about customer service! We truly felt like family and they were taking care of family without any question. A fabulous guest house with amazing staff.
