「The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.」

「Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question.」

「Had a magical stay. Scenery is breathtaking and the hotel facilities were first class. I will never forget relaxing in the spa surrounded by snowcapped mountains 」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」
