"This is my third time at this hotel I love how friendly the staff and how convenient to get to train station. The only challenge if you're walking tall hard to find room number's since they are on the carpet and some very faded. 😀"

"The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. "this hotel is super nice. They offered us a welcome drink (a lot of choices) and pastries and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast is very good and they even make eggs for you. The room is decorated very beautifully. The bathroom has warmed towel rack and three types of shower head. The bed is comfy as well. Location is very convenient yet quiet. "

Surprised as we checked in!

"We appreciated the location very much . It was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and just like the picture that I saw in the advertisement. Although the television did not work, as well as the phone for room service. We did not appreciate that the guy at the reception when he told us that they were putting us in a better room and in the side of the hotel that he called the better area. He reference that the other side was were we should be. He got on the phone and spoke with someone in Italian with someone on the phone, after hanging up the phone he said he was going to need to charge us $15 per Person per day for the use of the elevator. When I made the reservation I saw that they had an elevator for us it is important as my husband has a hard time going through several stairs . As I heard his comment I told him we had no choice and he marked something down in the paperwork that he had for our room. Nothing that we would’ve charged $15 fee per day per person. At time of check out nothing was charged as we mentioned the to the person that was at the front desk what we were told the night before. Otherwise their breakfast was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of food. Thank you"

"I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental hotels in Shanghai , Madrid, and Bangkok, and I have been lucky enough to stay at the Savoy in London. I’m headed to the George the V Four Seasons in Paris to join my wife. Several months ago I stayed at the Four Seasons Budapest. The Baglioni Luna hotel is an absolute jewel , and the price for the service and facilities cannot be beaten. The staff was magnificent as was the included breakfast. It is clearly one of my favorite hotels."
