"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. Walking distance to everything in town easy access to shopping restaurants Marina, very centrally located and a very comfortable and modern apartment...

"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the place and had a whole booklet with recommendations for our stay. Location is great, less than a 2 minute...

"The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations. Reasons we didn’t give all 5 stars: -From the USA and we didn’t know if we would have service to receive the check in code. I asked several times via Expedia for check in information before the trip...

"Stay was excellent except for the delay in getting the check in instruction. We got to the apartment at 1 am and the instructions were missing. The internet was not working and the area didn't have any street lights. It was a bad experience. Also the apartment is on a hill which was not clear from the address or not mentioned in the website. "Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. "
