"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

"Had a wonderful stay here for 6 nights. The hotel presents really well, and the room was very comfortable. A little bit of construction happening around it, and some noise at night, but that is to be expected in Bali. Water pressure is a little low, but not a big issue. Despite the few minor negatives (if you could call them that) stated above, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a mid-level accommodation in Canggu, and would return to stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "Wonderful staff. Always ready to help. The property itself is okay and it’s not expensive but it’s let down by some of the details being missed. Dirty bird droppings not cleaned off walls, black mould in the shower, very discolored bathroom towels. Rough finishing/workmanship, cheap furnishings. It’s also worth noting that there is a no go zone for ride share on the Main Street where this property is located. Taxi mafia we are told. Makes it a bit inconvenient if you don’t have your own...

"Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. The room was spacious but lacked basic essential maintenance. "작년 발리 우붓여행때 너무잘묵어서 올해도 또갔어요! 똑같은 숙소를 또간건 이번이 처음인데 그만큼 정말 방도 크고 깨끗라고 교통도 좋고 조용하구요 가격도 진짜 싸구 무엇보다 주인분이 너무너무 친절하시고 영어도 잘하시고 항상 뭐든 다도와주려고 하십니다!! 인기가 많아 3박하고 싶었는데 2박만하고 다음날 다른 숙소 옯겼는데 여기랑 비교됐어요. 다음에 또 우붓가도 여기 올래요!!"
