"The condo was great and as advertised. The only thing I found slightly annoying was that the neighbors porch light would turn off and on all night. Maybe install blinds on the back door? But very good over all. "

"This property was right on the beach, very short walk. The high tide was not very far from the dunes. It was quiet and not crowded at all. Easy check in with door code so no keeping up with keys, card,etc. We enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities. I would recommend staying at these condos and would stay there again myself. "

"Overall, a very nice place. Have had a few problems with the toilet overflowing. There was no excessive toilet paper placed into the toilet either time. Luckily, the plunger was available. The first time, it was cleared without overflowing, but the second time, not so lucky. Luckily, it was clear water. "The condo was nice, it came with a great view. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels, paper plates, dish soap and bar soap. I didn’t like that check in was at 4 and check out was at 9….too early for me. I would definitely stay here again. The family and I loved it. "

"No hot water for the entire stay. 7 people with NO hot water 😡 Property is old and needs lots of TLC. Southern Vacation Rentals refused to properly compensate for no hot water. Decided it was only worth $88. I will NEVER use them again"
