We arrived very late at night and were given a single king bed instead of the two queen beds I reserved and paid for. Again, we arrived late so that's understandable. The biggest problem that we had was hearing the footsteps of whoever was in the room above us. The lobby was clean, bright, and inviting. "

"Property was clean, although the bathrooms could definitely use some updating. Vending machines on each floor would have been convenient as the information on their locations was not accurate. It would have been nice if the check in clerk would have warned me that the key’s demagnetize if left in your pocket next to your car keys. They will no longer work and you have to make a trip down to front desk. (Not fun at 10:00 pm when the clerk is on a break and you have to wait 20 minutes for them...
