"The hotel was in a great location and near all the shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were very good and helpful. Although called suites , the room was no bigger than most we had. It was nice regular room with a compfy bed. Sanur is i good area without the backpackers and clubs of Seminyak. Nice restaurants and the beach is really nice and useable.( unlike Seminyak). "This Spa hotel is excellent. Sadly next door hotel is being rebuilt so weekday 9-5 is very noisy at front of hotel. The spa is excellent, the food is good and it is not the hotel’s fault about the neighbour hotel rebuild programme. I am lucky as I’m now in a villa away from the builders and no longer hear them. Be clear when you book if you plan to be in the hotel during weekday daytime you can deal with the noise."

"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special.
