「We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. 「Rooms were clean. Location was perfect! Walk to beach and restaurants. Hotel itself is a bit dated. Pool in just a hole in the middle of the parking lot, but it was clean and we swam and enjoyed it! You get what you pay for and for the price I will return anytime! 」

「We have a great dinner at the restaurant and Angelina was a fabulous server who took the time to talk with us and make our overall experience special. Everyone there was great from Valet to Front Deak to Housekeeping. We will definitely be back!」

「Bedding was clean but the bathroom was not that appealing. Shower hardware was very tarnished and the caulking around the tub is not maintained. The air conditioning vent cover was dirty and the baseboard next to it as well. The A/C nice and cold. The river view was beautiful and the trail on the river was very nice. 「The hotel is comfortable for a short stay. Location is excellent. Rooms clean but a lot of stains on cloth furniture. Towels a little ruff. Maybe it’s the water. Nice breakfast, good options to start your day. We did have an issue with parking. Called stating we had a small motorcycle trailer and was told they had parking to unhitch it while we were there. 「The elevators was slow and small. Took a while to come to third floor so we took the stairs. For breakfast there were so many people, the lines were long and there were a lot of kids running around the hotel playing and dripping water on floor, loud and playing in hotel. The room was a bit pricy for one night stay considering. The hotel needs a upgrade.」
