「Très bon accueil. Par contre la douchette de la douche est dégradée pas normal. Dommage du bruit dans le couloir en pleine nuit manque de correction de certains clients et du bruit également au Rez de chaussée le soir tard et le matin tôt. Oreillers trop plats. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus」

「The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing. 「Abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni. Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi. Non dal personale, assolutamente gentilissimi. Ma la stanza aveva un odore di fumo e qualche ragnatela al soffitto. C'è stato sicuramente qualcosa che non ha funzionato nella prenotazione e abbiamo avuto l'impressione che la stanza ci fosse stata attribuita ma non era previsto.
