「The staff were nice and friendly The room was nice, with kettle and tea and coffe supplies Kettle was a bit faulty, wouldnt stay on to boil, I had to hold the button down until it boiled There was a little balcony, however it was locked off, which is fine because i didnt pay for a balcony room. However the windows were quite dirty, so it ruined the view of looking out the window. Also with the window open, the wind whistles betweeen the plastic net rail, so i couldnt leave the window open. 「Had a great stay at The Embankment! Was met by the very enthusiastic Bethany who made check in a real pleasure and gave us some local recommendations which turned out to be fantastic! Room was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee was of a high standard, as we're the biscuits! Bar area had a really good vibe and all staff we met/viewed were friendly and professional. Well done all, would definitely stay again.」

「Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant.」
