「Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one...

「Sejour inoubliable ! L’hôtel etait bien équipée ! Très spacieux très bien entretenu. Nous avons sejourné au alfagar prestige et nous aimerions bien y retourner ! Coup de coeuuuur ! Le programme pour l’animation des enfants est super ! Super équipe d’animation. On y es venu fin mars/ début avril et il y avait quand même de l’animation. Tres belle vue piscine et mer. 「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「The location is perfect!! Just next to the beach. Staff from the desk is nice. But, the toilet paper seemed to be put there forever. It had stains on it. Overall was nice.」

「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...
