Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. "Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...

"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner.
